However, you may be able to do small things to help, like eating lunch at a different time or walking a different route to the staff lounge. The more you can minimize your contact with negative people, the happier and less stressed you will be.
Pat yourself on the back every now and then. Even if you just make a small step toward reaching your goals, it is important to recognize that accomplishment so that you will stay motivated and continue to work hard to achieve your dreams. There is nothing wrong with a bit of self-praise!
